OPTYSIL®, 0.5l

The biostimulant "OPTYSIL®" is produced according to the unique "INTERMAG" formula. It contains an active form of silicon – "duoSIL®" – which is absorbed quickly and completely by plants. The product is used to stimulate natural plant defense systems. "OPTYSIL®" has a neutral pH, stability in solutions, and can be used in mixtures with most agrochemicals. It can be applied by foliar spraying or by watering plants (fertigation, drenching).

Composition and Safety:

• Ingredients: silicon dioxide¹ (CAS: 7631-86-9), ethylenediaminepentaacetic acid disodium iron (III) salt¹ (CAS: 19529-38-5), ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid sodium iron (III) salt¹ (CAS: 15708-41-5), 2-hydroxyethylethylenediaminetriacetic acid sodium iron (III) salt¹ (CAS: 51181-50-1), D-mannitol¹ (CAS: 69-65-8), iron sulfate² (CAS: 7782-63-0). Where: ¹primary raw materials and mixtures, ²by-products according to Directive 2008/98/EC.

Instructions for Use

🚜 Foliar Application:

"OPTYSIL®" is used for foliar application in an aqueous solution. It can be used in mixtures with other preparations, after checking their mixing compatibility. Avoid intense sunlight, high temperatures, and wind during treatment. The product is intended for professional users.

Preparation of working solution:

1. Pour 1/2–2/3 of the required amount of water into the tank.

2. Turn on the mixer and pour in "OPTYSIL®".

3. In the same way, following their instructions for use, pour in other permissible and recommended components of the mixture.

4. Fill the tank with water to the top. Use the prepared solution immediately after preparation.

Spraying periods for field and garden crops

(◆ optimal time, ◇ optional / recommended time):

• Cereals: ◆ leaf development / tillering; ◆ stem elongation; ◇ heading.

• Rapeseed: ◇ leaf rosette development; ◇ main stem elongation; ◆ bud formation – until the start of flowering (2 treatments every 7–14 days); ◇ from the start of petal fall – until the start of pod development.

• Maize: ◇ 2–6 leaf stage; ◆ 7–8 leaf stage; ◆ stem elongation; ◇ tassel and silk development.

• Sugar beet: ◆ start of leaf development; ◆ start of row closure; ◆ start of root development.

• Potatoes: ◇ plant height about 10 cm; ◇ plant height >15 cm; ◆ start of tuber initiation; ◆ tubers reach 70–80% of final mass.

• Soybeans: ◆ start of shoot growth; ◆ start of bud development; ◇ start of pod and seed development.

• Pome fruit trees (apples, pears): ◇ green bud; ◆ pink/white bud; ◇ end of flowering (after most petals have fallen); ◆ start of fruit development; ◆ fruit reaches 30–50% of its characteristic size.

• Stone fruit trees (cherries, sweet cherries, plums): ◆ bud development (1–2 treatments every 5–7 days); ◆ fruit set development; ◆ fruit reaches about half of its characteristic size; ◆ start of fruit ripening.

• Berry bushes (currants, gooseberries, blueberries, raspberries): ◆ leaf and shoot development; ◆ start of inflorescence development; ◆ start of berry development; ◇ berry growth – until the start of ripening; ◇ before leaf color change begins.

Spraying periods for vegetables and seedlings

• Solanaceous vegetables (tomatoes, peppers): ◆ leaf development; ◇ development of first flower buds; ◇ start of flowering; ◆ development of first fruits; ◇ during fruit growth.

• Cucurbitaceous vegetables (cucumbers, pumpkins, melons, watermelons): ◆ leaf development; ◆ lateral shoot development; ◇ start of flower bud development; ◆ start of fruit development.

• Cabbage and leafy vegetables: ◆ leaf development (1–2 treatments every 7–21 days); ◆ start of edible part development; ◇ edible part reaches about 50% of its characteristic size.

• Bulb vegetables: ◇ start of leaf development; ◆ leaf growth; ◆ start of edible part formation; ◇ during edible part development (1–2 treatments every 7–14 days).

• Root vegetables: ◇ start of leaf development; ◆ start of root thickening; ◆ during root growth (1–2 treatments every 14–21 days).

• Seedlings: ◆ 1–3 leaf stage.

💧 Fertigation and seedling watering

Fertigation (watering through irrigation systems): Use in fertilizer solution along with fertilizers, after checking mixing compatibility, or during a separate fertigation cycle.

• Single dose: 0.5 l/ha

• Cultivation in soil: use every 2 weeks.

• Soilless cultivation (hydroponics): use for soaking substrate mats and several times during plant vegetation.

Seedling watering:

• Recommended 0.1% solution (100 ml "OPTYSIL®" per 100 liters of water).

• During seedling cultivation, use 2–4 times.

Certificates and Safety Warnings

• CE marked (meets EU standards).

• Store fertilizer at +5°C to +30°C. Protect from direct sunlight and atmospheric influences. Keep and transport packaging tightly closed, in an upright position.

• In case of spillage: collect the liquid and rinse the surface with water. Use the collected liquid as intended or dispose of it.

• Use protective eyewear, gloves, and protective clothing.

• Observe personal hygiene rules.

• If swallowed: rinse mouth and give water to drink (only if the victim is conscious). Do not induce vomiting.

• If in eyes or on skin: rinse with plenty of water, and wash contaminated clothing before reusing.
