Aeration is one of the most effective lawn care practices. Aeration reduces soil compaction, allowing air, water, and nutrients to reach the lawn's roots. The lawn will become denser, healthier, and look much more beautiful. We especially recommend it for lawns with problematic soil – compacted, clayey, or heavy. Currently, this lawn care process is rapidly gaining popularity in Lithuania, and while not many of us yet take care of it, elsewhere it is considered one of the essential regular tasks to be performed on the lawn annually.
We aerate with a professional device – BILLY GOAT PL2501. It weighs 197 kg and has a 5.5 horsepower engine. This device uses the most advanced aeration technology – vertically moving aeration tubes. Unlike aerators that use rotating technology, this one leaves extremely high-quality, beautiful "holes" up to 7 cm deep in the soil and can create a different number of them per unit area. This type of aerator makes up to 10 times more "holes" than rotary type devices. Aeration is recommended in spring and autumn, but can also be done throughout the entire season.
